Mark is a mechanical and electrical engineer by training, having progressed from apprenticeship into senior leadership roles across facilities management and residential property over nearly 30 years. He has extensive experience in leisure and residential environments, with the past decade focused on PBSA, Build to Rent, Co-living and retirement living portfolios. Mark has held Property Director level roles, developing FM strategies, systems and operating models for fully integrated FM services. He has managed portfolios in excess of 80 buildings and led the mobilisation of over 60 assets, and now draws on this hands-on experience to advise owners and operators on operational strategy, compliance and performance.
